    A Good Listener – When someone has a problem, you should be there to listen. Not just say “Um, I’m busy, I will talk to you later!!”. That just brings your friend down. Make sure you have time for your friend.

    Sharing sadness and happiness – what I mean is that if your friend always is there for you when you are sad or not popular, you have a good friend worth keeping. If your friend leaves you at that time, you might want to think again about why you were friends with that person in first place.
