I totally agree with this quote, because there was any good war or kind of that stuffs substantially, that made the world peaceful or taken out good affect for human( at least I think). And, I also totally agree with the the verse that there was never a bad peace. At least I think there is non of bad peace. Because the peace is the thing that is most people want. The peace is really important position in world, and life. The peace gives us quiet, tranquility, happiness, secure, stabilisation, and the things that we can’t even describe. From this thinkings I could notice that there is never a bad peace( at least to me). So these are why I agree, and this quote is right.

If you want peace, you don’t talk to your friends. You talk to your enemies.
    Desmond Tutu

I think this quote is correct , because you already have peace with friends. You need to make peace with your enemies by talking to them and they will become your friends to soon. For example Mahatma Gandhi did not use violence ,he talked to his enemies. I think peace is when you are calm you don’t want any revenge you just want everything to be okay. So instead of fighting, arguing and shouting and making things worse you should calm down and talk to your enemies and you never know what could happen. I think peace is very important in the world because it leads to happiness and happiness.

      Samara,
Thanks for sharing the quote and your thoughtful comment. I agree with you. Countries and leaders need to have a dialogue and talk about their issues. They cannot isolate themselves.

This is a really nice quote. Eleanor Roosevelt, the wife of former US President Franklin Roosevelt had a lot of good quotes.
