These are good video clips which give an overview of what we are learning in Chapter 2, Lesson 2 – Learning to Farm and Raise Animals. Comment and tell me something interesting you learned in the videos.  Think about: How did agriculture change the way people lived together?  What is a negative aspect of slash and burn agriculture (there are many videos on Youtube on this topic).

    Slash and burn agriculture is not very useful because it destroys the habitats of wild animals and the soil for the crops was not fertile enough to last a long time. Slash and burn agriculture may allow farmers to use the land for 2-3 years before they have to destroy more land for food. Thousands of people support that slash and burn should not be used to feed families and to grow food.

    I already saw that but I don’t remmember if it was in Bali or in Sri Lanka.But I think more it was in Bali.It was so beautiful.We were gonna eat to a restaurant and the restaurant was really near.
